Do you ever get the feeling that work is holding you back?
I have been lately. I have some many other things in the works but I don't have enough time to properly treat them. For example I am going to school to finish up my ME degree, I am writing a book (I haven't had time for a few weeks) and I am working on a video game project with some programming buddies. With just my one class and writing my book I think I could finish both easily by December. But I would be giving a significant amount of money. Hmm time or money I think I have heard of this debate before.
I guess I will have to ponder some more.

Hey Jason, you'll make the right choice. Its amazing how little time you have without a job unless you are good at disciplining yourself and really motivated. Maybe a part time job would work?
I agree with mom, not working makes it harder to get things done... at least for me. Just because your time isn't very well structured and you feel like you have forever to get things done so you put them off, and don't ever do them. But if you are working so much you don't have reasonable windows of time to work on the things you need to, that's different story. Can you put off the less important things (like perhaps programming video games) until you finish the more important things (like graduating). I am all for not working, but only if it is economically viable and you have the dicipline to still get work done!
